Hotel Elite

The room was very spacious, clean, and well-ventilated. The breakfast was exceptional, with lots of variety and good quality. The reception, catering, and cleaning staff were all welcoming, helpful, and genuinely nice. Overall, it was a very good experience. If I come back to Karlsruhe, I will definitely stay here again. A big thank you to the receptionist who worked on Saturday morning! He helped me check out at 7.30am, even though he was not starting until 8am. Additionally, he assisted me in ordering a taxi as the Uber app was not working there.

We had a family room and it was very clean and enough space for the 3 of us. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, had a nice variety and was tasty. Free wifi was great and the lift was a life-saver as we had a lot of luggage.

A spotless clean hotel not far away from the train station in a quiet neighbourhood. The breakfast was superb with a great variety of vegetables, fruit, cheese, homemade mushroom omelette etc. For the price, it was the best value I had in this part of Germany for a long time. There was even a small fridge in the room with beer, soda and water for free!

Many little things were available free of charge or a an additional cost to make the stay more enjoyable. Breakfast was great! It was hot and a fan had already been provided in the room to help with that. Arrival worked great with the key boy.

It was just a short trip to Karlsruhe and I didn't expect too much from this hotel due to its extra low price among other competitors. I was so wrong. This hotel was really well maintained and managed in a way that fulfill the requirement of digitalization and automation. The room was huge and extremely quiet thanks to its location in a residential area. The bed was on average, meaning that it has certain support but not maximum. The biggest Wow I had was the breakfast. Although the dining room was not huge, but the food they served was really nice. The variety was great, and they served several warm dishes like fried eggs, meatballs, sausages, bacon, and more. Such food sometimes you don't even see in hotels charging you 15 Euro just for breakfast. Besides, the staff was very friendly and responsive. I asked for soy milk for coffee, although they didn't have it, they offer oat milk to me as an alternative, which was also acceptable for me. To sum up, it's a great hotel with such low price. I wish they have a sustainable business and I will stay here again if I come to Karlsruhe. p.s. the drinks in the fridge in the room was for free, that's incredible and I really felt welcome.
